Friendly staff, efficient service, excellent breakfast, beautiful bar and communal areas, quiet room overlooking pool. Convenient free shuttle to city center. Spotless room with attention to detail. Michelin restaurant was wonderful. Healthy meal choices at poolside restaurant would have been nice. Staff made a great effort to accommodate allergies. Free parking and shuttle service were great. Amazing hospitality and room service.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the room was spotlessly clean with excellent attention to detail. The hotel facilities were great, especially the beautiful lobby bar offering cocktails and a wide selection of wine. The location next to the Villa Borghese gardens was lovely, and the free shuttle service provided by the hotel was convenient for exploring all the central attractions of this city.

The staff were fantastic and made our stay extra special. We enjoyed the surprise canapé offerings during our evening drinks at the bar. The hotel's location was perfect, close to the zoological park and art galleries. We also loved the private outdoor pool and the new indoor spa area.

The maids were a bit overzealous and banned us from our room each morning when cleaning. The delay in the hotel restaurant was a downside, although the food was lovely and highly rated.

The hotel is conveniently located right next to the beautiful Borghese gardens, providing a peaceful setting away from the hustle and bustle of the main area of the city. The rooms are comfortable and the bathrooms are well-maintained. The staff is friendly and always ready to help. The buffet breakfast offers a good selection of food and has a pleasant view.

The pool may sometimes be closed for private events, which could be disappointing for guests who were expecting to enjoy a swim.

We had an amazing experience for my husband's 60th birthday celebration. The hotel staff were really nice too make our stay special. The restaurant served delicious food and we even enjoyed live music while dining. The location was perfect, away from the city's hustle and bustle but still accessible. I highly recommend this hotel for any special occasion.

The hotel provides a shuttle to the Spanish Steps and has a beautiful internal courtyard with a restaurant and pool. The rooms are comfortable and well-appointed.

This hotel provided a luxurious experience with its exclusive amenities and top-notch service. the swimming pool and private facilities were exceptional. the buffet breakfast and bar/lounge area showcased the quality and variety of food and drinks. the location advantages included being in a peaceful area close to the city center.

Although everything was very clean, the rooms felt a bit dated and small. the price of the restaurant was too high for me.
